What exactly is POCASIO?

POCASIO is digital project management software designed specifically for building owners. It helps you keep construction costs under control, plan the construction process in a structured way, and centrally organize all important documents and tasks.

Who is POCASIO suitable for?

POCASIO is designed for (private) homeowners who are building a new house or undertaking a major renovation. Whether this is your first time building or you already have experience, this solution provides you with structure and peace of mind every step of the way.

Do I have to be a construction professional to use POCASIO?

Not at all. POCASIO is designed so that even first-time builders with no prior experience can get started right away—with clear structures and simple tools.

How long is the notice period?

Licenses are renewed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time. In your profile under “License,” you can see when the license will automatically renew. Until that date, you can cancel with a single click; the license will then no longer be renewed but will be marked for cancellation.

Of course, you can continue to use the license until it expires. The license will then be automatically canceled on the actual renewal date.

I’d like to rescind my notice of termination. Is that possible?

Yes, you can reactivate your license at any time up until the scheduled cancellation date. You can find this option in your profile under “License.”

Will my project still be accessible after my subscription expires?

Yes, the free plan is available indefinitely and is ideal for organizing the planning phase and determining whether your construction project is even feasible. There are no time limits or hidden costs.

If you cancel your paid subscription, your data will not be deleted—it will, of course, remain available. Only the Plus features will be hidden. If you still need access after completing your construction project, we recommend the Read-Only license for €19.99 per year. This gives you permanent access, and the fee helps us cover the cost of the storage space you’re using.

Can I also use POCASIO on my mobile device?

Yes, of course! POCASIO is web-based and automatically adjusts to the screen size of your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. There are also apps available for iOS and Android in both app stores. This means you can access your project at any time, even on a construction site or while on the go.

Can I also work with my family or partners?

Yes, you can share your project with others. For example, your construction partner, energy consultant, architect, or building inspector can view the construction progress, documents, and costs at any time—without having to send cumbersome Excel spreadsheets and emails back and forth.
